Centuries have passed since Rome was the undisputed Centre of the World but the charm and character of this city will still win the soul of those lucky enough to spend some time here. The Eternal City’s essence comes from the beauty of its monuments and piazzas, the livelihood of its bars, the friendliness and easy elegance of the people, and the colours that paint the sky and the palazzi at sunset.

Rome has always attracted visitors in droves who come to get a taste of its history, romance and style. Dining in Rome is more than just a daily necessity, it is a pastime to be enjoyed at leisure and you truly feel the difference here between those who eat to live and those who live to eat! From the simplicities of Pizza and Pasta to the more intricate Osso Bucco and Fruiti dei Mare and the joys of Italian gelati, some of the best ice cream in the world there is something to please every palate.
